Everything went smoothly, I was able to complete a lot of the paperwork beforehand so day of was a signature and keys handed over. The manager Jana and maintenance staff both stopped by to check on me also, which I appreciated.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I hate that I have to move due to certain situations...but overall this apartment complex is awesome. Great staff especially Mrs. Nikki if you ever need help she is your lady! Great location to all highways you are literally smack middle of everything. Maintenance is always on point every time I needed a work order it was done the same day! I would highly recommend the place to anyone! Keep up the amazing work.

I've been here since June 2014. I was in a one bedroom and recently moved to a 2 bedroom. To make this short, this is my opinion so far: Maintenance comes same day which is awesome. Grass seems to be dog poop free(yay!) and nicely cut. Pool is clean, . Staff is very pleasant. Mailboxes are locked in which is nice. I've never had a problem with neighbors or noise. The only complaints are the airplane noise, the mud covered walkways, and the fact they would not change my old, barely working, dishwasher. Overall great place to me so far. Hope they don't change for the worse.

We appreciate you bringing to our attention the areas of the property our landscapers and maintenance staff may need to address at our community. Because we are a 15-minute drive from San Antonio International Airport, jet noise can be heard throughout the week. Although we cannot ensure there will be less noise due to the nature of the living situation, we hope that you find the convenience of the nearby and community amenities to your advantage. 4.5...I've been living here now for almost 8 mos and still love it. People clean up after dogs, it's quiet for me, friendly staff, the maintenance man is on top of it. It's not a 5 because my appliances are old and oven and dishwasher don't work well but I'm going to ask for new ones.

So far, since I moved in mid-June 2014, I love this place. Maintenance was fast to fix my move-in isssues, it's quiet, clean , no dog poop, dog poop bags are always full, BUT the hottub has not worked since I moved in. I'm bummed about that.
